Bad thoughts

Hello,

I would like to respond to your post asking for help with bad mental factors or impressions.

We all have the ability to control our thoughts, but it does take some training. Meditation can help clear the chatter of the mind, but it takes a little more than that to start controlling bad thoughts. What that takes is knowledge of the true Self and understanding that you are a powerful and brilliant Being. You can control anything you like.
