Although I am doing Pranayam & Yoga for the last 10 years, my concentration with the Office Work was up to the mark. I used to make small, silly mistakes. However after doing meditation for the last 6 to 7 months, my concentration level has improved to a great extent. I felt happy and motivated. Still I have to go long way in achieving good progress in meditation. I am very confident that with determination and regular meditation practice I will be able to control my mind to a reasonable extent.
My advice to all is continue meditation, even if the results are not immediate. Through persistent effort, one will be able to achieve the result.
