Different Yoga Positions

Various Pictures to Add Variety to your Practice

These different yoga positions will add some interest to your yoga practice. See if you can include some or all of these poses and take note of any that are a little difficult. You can work on the poses and monitor how far you have come in a few weeks or months. Most poses are super easy, and a few are challenging. Always be careful not to push too hard into any pose. Let the body expand and adapt slowly. Not all poses are suitable for everyone, so use your body's intelligence to guide you. Enjoy the pictures of the asanas!
