Hi,

The meditation you are talking about sounds like Yoga Nidra, where you are guided to bring your attention to different body parts and then to relaxation through visualization. Yoga Nidra is a very transformational practice and highly recommended. I have information on Yoga Nidra on the navigation bar on the left side of my website.

You can find links for free sessions on the Internet. Just look for Yoga Nidra and you will probably find free audio sessions. You can also buy videos or cd's that will guide you through a full session.
