There was a time i tried meditating once. I been a fan of Buddha and his philosophy. I was in an unexpected situation which led me to me seeing a psychologist. She recommended meditating, yet i didn't know at that time. So she lend me a video which had yoga sessions and guided meditation. Never got around in seeing the video until she asked we should listen to it together. Well on day we listened to the video while lying flat on the floor and it was a mindful meditation which focused our energy starting from our heads down to our lower back(dialogue specifically stated where and my mind automatically guided energy there) it was a unforgettable sensation and experience for me. Afterwards when the session was over i felt relaxed to the degree of even my tone of voice changed to a mellow pitch and stress free(at that moment).
