You'll meet once a week, by phone, for a one-on-one 30 minute conference. In each phone conference you'll plan and review, together, each of your "focus goals" and action areas. In each session, you'll also receive support and guidance in creating the right attitudes and motivation in the areas that you want to work on most. In addition to the weekly phone conferences, you'll also communicate by e-mail, so you'll have help and support throughout the week. You will be guided through an empowering process of learning how to set goals, keep motivation high, stay energized and be strengthened by positive "Self-Talk" on audio CD. It is best to do a series of sessions to retain the new ways of processing your attention, thoughts and goal setting. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended, adding more should you want to go further in your learning, retention and thought empowerment.
