I don't always meditate the traditional way. I actually meditate while doing an activity that I love. I hike and while I'm hiking, I just really tune into nature and that is a meditation for me. It works great! I feel connected, calm and serene. Does anyone else feel the same?

Yes, I can relate to that! I practice my meditation techniques while Kayaking. It's a working and moving type of meditation. It's almost like daydreaming. Actually, it is! But you are still accessing that silent place where spirit resides.
