I'm new at this and am exploring some options in meditation. i have a lot of trouble focusing, listening, paying attention to detail, following directions. I've grown to realize that my mind is like a squirrel.... it just goes in any direction it chooses....... I'm thinking ADD but the medications offered to people, i feel are to trap you both mentally and financially. So meditation was brought to my attention by my manager. I've learned a breathing exercise ... but do not know how to meditate or where to start ..... i need inner peace!! Any comments or advice?
