My Love of Yoga

I've been doing yoga for many years, but only recently did I finally feel its impact when I went through a major life changing experience. I noticed my ability to control the situation was almost coming from another person! I handled things so well, and did not feel half of the effects that someone who did not do yoga would feel. I'm not only physically stronger, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually. My yoga practice is now the main focus of my day. I wouldn't be whole without it.

Meditation

Hi,

I know that as someone who is new to yoga, I didn't exactly know how to meditate. But with a little practice and some informative information, I started to practice and now feel the effects. I like the Breath Awareness meditation because it's easy to do and brings me to that calm place quickly. This website helped a lot with the different techniques and how to do them.
