Concentration
by: Anonymous

Meditation is essentially the task of concentrating your mind on a point. Meditation is not related to any particular religion, though it is widely practiced in the eastern countries, like India. In fact, any prayer can be considered a version of meditation with a tag of religion or spiritualism to it! You can practice meditation in any calm and quiet place and no special area is necessary for this. Try to concentrate your mind, fix your eyes on a point on the wall, ceiling or anywhere else, but it's better to close your eyes. Breathe in and out slowly and carefully watch your breath. Keep on doing this for 15 minutes or so, according to your convenience.
