Dancing and Surfing the Vinyasa Wave
Experience the latest evolution of Prana Vinyasa Dance and Flow with Julia and Simon: Dynamic asana, creative flows, and integrated pranayama as a moving meditation that will tune and tone you from the inside out while giving you the tools for navigating life's changes with grace, power, and confidence. We will explore several vinyasa waves of multi-dimensional sequences - intelligently unfolding an evolution of movement meditation, fluid namaskars, backbends, arm balances and hip opening to understand the underlying flow of prana and the healing powers of the creative spirit.
Bio: Julia Horn has performed worldwide as a principal member of the Yoga-Dance troupe Tripsichore Yoga Theater for the past two years. A Graduate of the Tisch School of Arts, and North Carolina School of Dance, her diverse performance background and small mountain-town upbringing, infuse her teaching with a rich, artistic vision that inspires students of all levels.
Bio: Simon Park was featured in Yoga Journal as "one of the most influential and gifted...next generation of yoga teachers." He draws inspiration from many styles (Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Thai Massage, and Martial Arts) and teachers (Shiva Rea, Maty Ezraty, Joan White, Duncan Wong, and Dharma Mitra). Simon is dedicated to sharing the teachings of Shiva Rea, his first teacher. He teaches workshops and teacher's trainings in Vinyasa Yoga and Thai Massage worldwide.

Cancellation Policy
If we cancel a workshop, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your attendance at our workshop, there will be no refunds unless there is a waiting list and we are able to completely replace your attendance. Any refunds issued will be minus 25% office fees.
