Practicing yoga is fun, and will give you great variety as well as an informative learning experience in alignment of poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. The main goal of yoga is to infuse the participant with a new appreciation of sensation in the body and how the body, mind and breath are all related. Asana, pranayama and meditation, along with great music, are all part of a memorable and beneficial yoga experience.
