yoga is my hobby now

hi!
For a few days ago I was very lazy and didn't want to go up or go out side.
So I made a health schedule and It's working great! But I'm not using it any more because this is my schedule for "EVERYDAY"
- Yoga
- Exercise
- Eat healthy breakfast
That's my plan for everyday, And when I did the yoga on the second day I just fell in love with it!
My butt ox is already beginning to feel different.
Tip:
Have music on when you do yoga it really inspires you to do more, and it doesn't have to be slow music It could be anything!
