The Best Yoga Poses that can be Fun, Relaxing or Challenging!
Here are some of the best Yoga Poses. This is where it gets fun and really beneficial, and where you have access to free yoga exercises, also known as Asanas, that you can refer to. There are many poses, some are gentle, easy and restorative and some are extremely challenging. It's important to know that yoga is not a competitive sport, nor do any of the moves ever have to be so difficult to perform that they are painful.
Do what feels good for you at your own pace. In time, you will get more and more advanced in your practice and you will naturally get more flexible, strong, balanced and focused. You will improve in many ways, not only in your physical capacity, but mentally and spiritually. Remember, the word yoga means union, and it all comes together. At first you may not really feel this connection, but give it some time. Soon you will feel an incredible energy source.
