how can i stop thinking process during meditation ?
Hello Ujjwal,
During meditation, it is necessary to focus on one thing to bring the mind under control. You can focus on the breath, or you can use a Mantra such as "Om" and repeat the sound silently to yourself over and over during the meditation.
Soon, you will find that your thoughts become less frequent, and eventually they will stop and you will enter a state of silence. You can read more instructions in my meditation section that goes into much detail and gives different meditation techniques.
Namaste,
Giselle
