I've been doing yoga for many years, but only recently did I finally feel its impact when I went through a major life changing experience. I noticed my ability to control the situation was almost coming from another person! I handled things so well, and did not feel half of the effects that someone who did not do yoga would feel. I'm not only physically stronger, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually. My yoga practice is now the main focus of my day. I wouldn't be whole without it.
