I have three children, but the last pregnancy was with total devotion to my yoga practice. I attended pre-natal yoga classes and also did daily pranayama and meditation.
I have to say that there was such a difference in my labor, and post-partum experiences. I had less pain and got back into shape much quicker. I have more patience and enjoy so much more now.
I'm not having any more children, but I'm sorry that I waited until my last pregnancy to start yoga. Now, it's a part of my life and it will be a part of the childrens' lives, too!
